Well, if you have a lizard, then the answer is yes. But I'm not talking about their actual color!
More and more pet products are "going green". A story on MSNBC states that "In the last year and a half we have seen more eco-friendly products than ever before." It seems that pet owners are realizing that they can help the environment by being aware of the things their pet can do to help!
There is a growing demand for products that will be healthy for pets and healthy for the environment. Organic foods, recycled materials used, and healthier options are the word of the day.
What do you think? Are you aware of the impact your pet can have on the environment? Have you chosen a product for Fido or Fluffy because it was more environmentally friendly?
Honestly, I haven't really considered this as of yet with our kitties. I guess I need to be more aware!

I have watched this market growth and tried some of the products. I have also been aware of the eco implications of the products we carry at World by the Tail, Inc. For me, my heart is supportive but my head doesn't really understand how these products can be so much more expensive. It's a frustrating obstacle to me...

We think our Feline Pine litter is more green than using clay litter. But we are not sure!
