Hounds for Haiti update

Wow! The Hounds for Haiti auction that Dr. V at Pawcurious sponsored (and we donated to) was a rousing success!

All total, the bids came to a whopping $1436.49!! That is a truly generous sum of money raised by a wonderful community of pet bloggers.

I am so happy that World by the Tail, and us at the Café were able to donate items. (And at least in my own case, bid and win a couple of items!) It feels good to help with something like this with the money going to a good cause.

Thank you, Dr. V, for taking on this monumental task and to everyone who donated, bid, and participated! Great job!!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Tammy. We were happy to provide bid items and participate in the donations. We have made several other donations to the Haiti cause, too, and know that their need for help will continue for a long time to come.
